Today, baseball wins the series opener, gymnastics moves on to the finals, and softball is back at home.

Good Morning. We have SEC baseball, softball, and tennis on campus this weekend so you should find plenty of things to do! You could even win a free iPad at the women’s tennis matches tonight and Sunday.

🏈 SPRING FOOTBALL - DONEIKO SLAUGHTER

Inside Spring Football with Tera. Arkansas cornerback, Doneiko Slaughter, talks with Tera Talmadge following the 10th day of spring practice. Hear about how his transition to Arkansas is going and what’s it like to work with the defensive coaches. Hear what defensive coordinator Travis Williams said about Slaughter and the rest of the defensive unit.

Come out to Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium for an open practice at 9:30 am tomorrow!

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Yard Work. The top-ranked Razorback baseball team opened the series with a 5-2 win over Ole Miss last night. D1Baseball’s Midseason Top Pitcher Hagen Smith picked up his sixth double-digit strikeout game, finishing with 11. Wehiwa Aloy hit a three-run go-ahead homer in sixth inning to ignite Baum-Walker Stadium. Jared Sprague-Lott finished the inning with a solo home run to the yard. Arkansas is now 9-1 in SEC play for the first time in program history. The series will continue tonight at 6:30 pm and Saturday 2 pm, both will stream on SEC Network+.

🏆 Hagen Smith was just named to the Golden Spikes Award Midseason Watch List! He leads the country with 18.5 strikeouts per nine innings. The last Razorback to win the Golden Spikes Award was Kevin Kopps.

🔺 Onto The Next. The Gymbacks won the session one semifinal of the Fayetteville Regional yesterday! They recorded their highest regional score ever with a 197.325. Up next, they’ll compete against No. 2 LSU, No. 7 Kentucky, and No. 15 Minnesota inside Bud Walton Arena tomorrow at 5 pm. Tickets to the final are available now.

🔺 Back At Bogle. The Razorback softball team is back at home this weekend for an SEC series against No. 11 Missouri. The Razorbacks are coming off a big weekend where they upset No. 3 Georgia in Athens. They’ll get things started tonight at 6 pm, continue tomorrow at noon, and conclude the series on Sunday at 2 pm. Check out the weekend promotions!

🔺 Serve’s Up. The No. 41 women’s tennis team is hosting No. 39 LSU and No. 11 Texas A&M for the final two home matches of the regular season. They’ll play the Tigers tonight at 5 pm and the Aggies on Sunday at 11 am. There will be a pre-match ceremony on Sunday for Senior Day. The 41st-ranked men’s team is on the road at No. 37 LSU and No. 8 Texas A&M for a 5:30pm match tonight and a 1 pm match on Sunday.

🔺 Not Done Yet. The week continues for women’s golfer Maria José Marin at the Augusta National Women’s Amateur. She made the cut sitting tied for 23rd after the first two rounds. She’ll play at Augusta National on Saturday in the final round, which will air on NBC starting at 11 am.
