🔺 Yard Work. The top-ranked Razorback baseball team opened the series with a 5-2 win over Ole Miss last night. D1Baseball’s Midseason Top Pitcher Hagen Smith picked up his sixth double-digit strikeout game, finishing with 11. Wehiwa Aloy hit a three-run go-ahead homer in sixth inning to ignite Baum-Walker Stadium. Jared Sprague-Lott finished the inning with a solo home run to the yard. Arkansas is now 9-1 in SEC play for the first time in program history. The series will continue tonight at 6:30 pm and Saturday 2 pm, both will stream on SEC Network+.

🏆 Hagen Smith was just named to the Golden Spikes Award Midseason Watch List! He leads the country with 18.5 strikeouts per nine innings. The last Razorback to win the Golden Spikes Award was Kevin Kopps.

Check out the weekend promotions!

🔺 Serve’s Up. The No. 41 women’s tennis team is hosting No. 39 LSU and No. 11 Texas A&M for the final two home matches of the regular season. They’ll play the Tigers tonight at 5 pm and the Aggies on Sunday at 11 am. There will be a pre-match ceremony on Sunday for Senior Day. The 41st-ranked men’s team is on the road at No. 37 LSU and No. 8 Texas A&M for a 5:30pm match tonight and a 1 pm match on Sunday.

🔺 Not Done Yet. The week continues for women’s golfer Maria José Marin at the Augusta National Women’s Amateur. She made the cut sitting tied for 23rd after the first two rounds. She’ll play at Augusta National on Saturday in the final round, which will air on NBC starting at 11 am.

When you drive through Fayetteville or the University of Arkansas campus, you’ll see several projects that involve our friends at TCM — including residence halls, major sports facilities, and more!

They’re proud to help provide much-needed infrastructure for our rapidly-growing region. When a general contractor chooses TCM as their specialty contracting partner, they can rest assured that the quality of work and commitment to excellence will exceed expectations. They also specialize in commercial metal stud, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and prefabrication.

The Eric Musselman Era at Arkansas is officially over and Q and Z discuss things. Plus, we recap the series opening win over Ole Miss and preview the weekend.
