📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Viva, Las Vegas. The women’s golf team found out their NCAA Regional fate and they’re heading to Las Vegas! The No. 2 seed Razorbacks will test their luck at Spanish Trail Country, May 6-8. They’ll be joined by UCLA, Arizona, Florida State, Cal, Purdue, Baylor, Oklahoma, Colorado State, Kent State, Xavier, and Dartmouth. This will be their 21st consecutive regional appearance. The top five teams from each regional will advance to the NCAA Championship.

🔺 Day One, Done. The men’s golf team completed day one of the SEC Championship yesterday tied for sixth-place. The Razorbacks shot 1-under par along with Florida. Jacob Skov Olesen leads Arkansas individually in eighth-place at 2-under. Christian Castillo is behind him tied for 18th but just one stoke behind. They’ll continue the tournament today with round two.

🔺 The Arnold. Two Razorbacks will participate in the 2024 Arnold Palmer Cup in Ireland this summer. Maria José Marin and Jacob Skov Olesen will play for the International team. The competition includes the top men’s and women’s golfers around the world. The Arnold Palmer Cup is set for July 5-7 at Lahinch Golf Club, one of the top 50 golf courses in the world.

🔺 One Of The Best. Women’s tennis sophomore Carolina Gomez Alonso was named All-SEC First Team! In the fall, she made it to the quarterfinals at the ITA All-American Championships. She posted a 13-7 singles record at No. 1 and 5-5 against ranked opponents this season. She also achieved a career-high ITA singles ranking on No. 26. Carolina is the first Razorback to receive back-to-back All-SEC honors since 2015-16.
