🔺 First As Friends. The Arkansas men’s basketball team will host its annual Red-White Showcase on Wednesday, October 4 in historic Barnhill Arena. The intrasquad scrimmage is free to the public with free parking options available after 5 pm in all lots west of Razorback Road and Lot 44 (north of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium).

Tip-off is set for 6:30 pm, and doors to Barnhill Arena will open at 5:30 pm. Click here for more information.

🔺 Is It February Yet? The 2024 regular season for Arkansas baseball has been revealed, featuring a total of 55 games, including 10 conference series, and a pair of road trips to Globe Life Field and Dickey-Stephens Park. The Razorbacks are scheduled to play 12 teams that advanced to the 2023 NCAA Tournament and three teams that participated in last season’s College World Series. Arkansas’ Fall Classic is set tomorrow at Baum-Walker Stadium, with first pitch at 6pm.

🔺 Newbie No More. Following a runner-up showing at the Carmel Cup, Arkansas women’s golfer Maria José Marin was named the SEC Freshman of the Week. Maria came up big in her first collegiate golf tournament, tying the 13-year old Arkansas freshman 54-hole record of 11-under par. She’s now No. 27 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking.

🔺 Poise Of A Pro. Eight former Arkansas football players suited up for action in NFL Week 1, headlined by safety Kamren Curl. The former Razorback led the Washington Commanders’ defense with a team-high 10 tackles (eight solo) and a pass deflection in a 20-16 win vs. Arizona. 🔺 Brew Pig Sooie is going down this Sunday. For just $30, you will receive entrance to the first outdoor beer festival hosted by the Arkansas Razorbacks, with access to 10+ breweries, a 5 oz. tasting glass which gets you unlimited sample pours, and a ticket to the Razorback Soccer match.

This Sunday, September 17, the beer festival will be open from 11:00am to 1:00pm and will also feature local food trucks and a live DJ. After the beer fest, you can head inside the gates and cheer on the Razorback Soccer team in their match against Grand Canyon University.
