🔺 Making His Mark. Razorback wide receiver Chris Marshall received honorable-mention recognition from the Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award following his performance in Arkansas’ 34-6 win over Tulsa. He caught nine passes for 195 yards and a touchdown. The honor recognizes the top offensive player in Division I football with ties to the state of Texas.

🔺 Running The SEC. Arkansas collected three SEC weekly cross-country honors following a strong showing at the Gans Creek Classic. Ernest Cheruiyot was named the men’s SEC Runner of the Week after winning the 8K in 22:32.8, while runner-up Nick Busienei earned Freshman of the Week recognition.

Isca Chelangat completed the awards sweep on the women’s side. She broke the Gans Creek Classic meet record with an 18:58.4 in her Arkansas debut, producing the nation’s second-fastest 6K time of the season.

🔺 Schedule’s Set. The Gymbacks announced the 2027 schedule as the program celebrates its 25th season. Arkansas will compete in 11 regular-season meets, including five inside Bud Walton Arena. The home slate features SEC matchups with Florida, Alabama, Missouri and LSU. Bud Walton Arena will also host an NCAA Regional for the second time in three seasons, while the annual Gymback Preview is set for Dec. 18.
