It's the start of a new season. Which means it's time to step back into the film room.

🎥 GROWING UP GROVEY

Quinn Grovey rose to be one of the nation’s top college quarterbacks of the late 1980s. His story transcends far beyond his accomplishments on the field. 

Premiering tonight on Hogs+, “Growing Up Grovey” is a three-part series about football, family, and enduring one of the most baffling diseases known to man. With the same grace and determination he displayed on the football field, Grovey was able to return the unconditional love to the mom who had once taught her little boy how to love others and live life to its fullest.

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Passing Plays & Passports. The Arkansas women’s basketball won its second game over in Croatia this week with a 71-49 victory over ŽKK Budućnost Podgorica, a team six players who have played on different national teams for the country. Graduate senior Makayla Daniels led the Hogs with 13 points, while freshman Taliah Scott impressed with 12 points, five boards, four assists and two steals. All 13 Hogs saw action on the court as they held their hosts to 25.4 percent shooting.

Arkansas will fly to Greece tomorrow morning and spend their first few days exploring Athens before playing the University of Regina on Sunday, Aug. 13 at 10am CT.

🔺 Midsummer Review. Fall ball is right around the corner for the Arkansas baseball team. Head coach Dave Van Horn met with with media to review the Razorbacks' summer, reloading the roster, and much more as the skipper looks ahead to the start of the fall season.

🔺 Ready For Blastoff. For the second straight season, Arkansas junior running back Rocket Sanders has been named to the watch list for the Doak Walker Award, which is presented annually to the nation’s top college running back. Rocket is firmly in the conversation for being the country’s top running back following one of the greatest seasons by an Arkansas running back in recent memory. He would become the first Razorback to win the award for since Darren McFadden won it in back-to-back years from 2006-07.
