As Arkansas prepares to open the season, head coach Ryan Silverfield sits down with Bo Mattingly for an in-depth look at his first several months leading the Razorbacks. Silverfield takes fans behind the scenes of rebuilding the roster and staff, establishing a new standard of accountability and preparing his team for the demands of the SEC. He discusses the leadership of KJ Jackson, what the offense could look like with Jackson at quarterback, the development of the defense and his approach to critical game-day decisions. Silverfield also opens up about the responsibility he feels to the state of Arkansas, his vision for the program and the relentless mindset he believes can change its direction. Silverfield also shares why it’s time to burn the “We Almost Always Almost Win” shirts.
📈 STOCK UP
🔺 Sweeping Start. Razorback volleyball start the season 3-0 after coming out of the Razorback Invitational unscathed! The season began with a 3-0 sweep over SIUE on Friday as the Hogs never trailed at any point of the match. The Razorbacks swept UTA on Saturday, led by Laci Bohannan and Parker Duncan with 15 kills each. The weekend concluded when Arkansas downed UTSA 3-1 on Sunday.
🔺 Got Right. Razorback soccer got their first win of the season in a big way. They defeated Little Rock 9-0 on Sunday as eight Razorbacks scored. Bella Field scored two goals, both coming in the third minute of the match. Jordan Bryant, Kennedy Ball, Natalie Wagner, Mackenzie Gwin, Paige Szymanski, Kayla Morawietz, and Aynsley Nuckols also scored for the Razorbacks. They’ll host Jackson State on Friday.
Stadium LED Lights: The stadium has been decked out with Musco’s Show-Light Pro entertainment system with their SportsCluster Lighting System. Over 250 new LED lights and eight Clubmax 40 lasers will power a gameday show!
Stadium Sound Overhaul: Razorback Stadium is emphasizing amplifying the game’s biggest moments and the program’s greatest traditions through a new processing and amplification system.
New Grass: The Hogs will ‘Run through the A’ on brand new Tahoma 31 grass.
Trophy Room: Check out additional stadium upgrades including the new North Endzone Level 1 Trophy Room, honoring the program’s history.
Reimagined All-American Alley: More than 65 First Team All-Americans will be honored in the South Endzone Mezzanine Level.

They break down all three phases of the new look Hogs as well as a look ahead to the 1st game of the season against North Alabama. You'll also get a behind the scenes look at new QB, KJ Jackson, as the Hogs Plus cameras follow him into the QB meeting room and a ride along that dives into his off the field life.
