📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Fresh Memory. Nearly a month after sweeping the Aggies, Arkansas baseball will face Texas A&M in their first game of the SEC Tournament. Texas A&M upset first-round opponent Tennessee 3-0 yesterday after rain delayed the game in the ninth inning. Arkansas has reached the semifinals in three of the last five SEC Tournaments and played for the title twice in that span (2017 & 2021). Their first tournament title came during that 2021 campaign.

Going back to that late-April series, don’t forget how great Jace Bohrofen was against the Aggies. The junior batted an incredible .667 with two doubles, a home run, and five runs batted in. Jace had multiple base knocks in all three games of the series, including two three-hit performances.

First pitch in Hoover, AL will be 30 minutes after the conclusion of LSU vs. South Carolina, which is scheduled to begin at 9:30am. Watch the game on SEC Network.

🔺 Quest Out West. Many of Arkansas’ record 44 NCAA Championships entries will compete today at the NCAA West Preliminary rounds. Over 20 Razorbacks are looking to qualifiy in 10 different events. Top seeds for Arkansas include collegiate leaders Ayden Owens-Delerme in the 400m hurdles, Wayne Pinnock in the long jump, and Jaydon Hibbert in the triple jump. 🔺 Prepare The Welcome Mat. Two transfer players in two different sports are officially joining the Razorbacks next school year.

Junior decathlete Jack Turner will be transferring to Arkansas from University of Texas-San Antonio for the 2023-24 season. The Exeter, England native is seeded sixth in the upcoming 2023 NCAA Championship decathlon after resetting the UTSA record in the event from last year. Jack also won the Conference USA decathlon in 2022 just months after having an emergency appendix operation.

Also coming to Fayetteville this fall is senior Morgan White, who will join Razorback soccer as a graduate transfer from Marshall. The talented forward finished with the second-most goals (9), and second-most points (17) in the Sun Belt Conference in 2022, earning First Team All-Sun Belt honors.

🔺 Winning Time. When Kendall Diggs steps up to the plate with the game on the line, everyone knows what’s about to go down. Kendall has four game-winning hits and counting in his young career, but becoming the go-to clutch hitter for a top-5 team doesn’t just happen over now. Thankfully for Arkansas, the Kansas native is all about the work that happens before the lights shine brightest.
