🎙️ THE HOG POD

In this episode of The Hog Pod, Razorback Baseball’s Director of Operations, Clay Goodwin, reflects on 25 years with the program — from College World Series runs to unforgettable near-misses. Joining him is his 10-year-old son, Gage, the team’s bat boy, who’s already learning the game from the inside out. Together, they share a heartfelt look at family, legacy, and what it means to be part of Razorback baseball — generation to generation.

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Break Out The Brooms. Razorback baseball swept No. 1 Texas for the first time in program history! The Razorbacks became the first team in the country to 40 wins. Gage Wood threw a career-high nine strikeouts in Friday’s 6-1 win to clinch the series. The Hogs hit five home runs in Saturday’s 13-8 win, highlighted by two Reese Robinett long shots. Attendance at Baum-Walker Stadium reached 32,960 throughout the entire weekend.

🔺 Another One Bites The Dust. Razorback softball picked up their fifth top 10 series win over the weekend as they took two from No. 10 LSU. They finished the weekend strong with a 6-0 win on Saturday, led by Payton Burnham who threw a complete game shutout on her 19th birthday. Timely hitting and Tiger troubles backed up Burnham’s performance as Kennedy Miller led the way offensively, going 2-for-3.

🔺 Go Pro. Razorback softball’s Bri Ellis was drafted in the Athletes Unlimited Softball League College Draft on Saturday night! She was taken second overall by the Talons. The 24-game season will get started on June 7. The Talons will play the Blaze and former Razorback and current assistant coach Danielle Gibson Whorton on June 14 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

🔺 Quintessential Quartet. Four Razorback women’s golfers earned All-SEC honors! Maria José Marin was named the SEC Player of the Year as the top-ranked SEC women’s golfer! She joins Kendall Todd on the All-SEC First Team. Reagan Zibilski and Clarisa Temelo earned Second Team honors, with Temelo also making the Freshman All-SEC Team.

The second-ranked Razorbacks will tee off at the NCAA Columbus Regional at 7 o’clock this morning.
