🏈 IN THE FILM ROOM W/ SAM PITTMAN
The biggest moments always have the best stories. And who better to tell them than the Head Hog himself?

🎥 SPRING FOOTBALL LIVE
Arkansas’ Spring Game is just two days away. Which means it’s time to talk to the man responsible for it all.

📈 STOCK UP
🔺 Individual Icons. Arkansas Gymbacks Norah Flatley and Lauren Williams are set to rotate with Utah as individual competitors in today’s NCAA Championships. Norah, a graduate student, will compete on the beam after scoring 9.950 in the Norman regional semifinal two weeks ago. It’s her second individual appearance at the championships. Lauren will make her championship debut in the vault as the first freshman to individually qualify since 2017.
🔺 Division Of The Elite. Two of Arkansas track and field’s decathlon athletes are in the top 12 after day one of the Mt. SAC Relays. Yariel Soto Torrado and Daniel Spejcher, who are in the elite division, are currently in seventh and 11th place with scores of 4,164 and 3,887 points, respectively. Yariel had an outdoor career best 24-10.5 long jump, and a career best 45-3.5 shot put.
🔺 Five Dives. It had been three years since an Arkansas swimmer received an SEC honor. This year’s team has FIVE earning conference recognition. Andrea Sansores, Alessia Ferraguti, Bella Cothern, and Kobie Melton were named to the All-SEC Second Team. Freshman Betsy Wizard was also named to the All-Freshman Team.
🔺 Big Birds. It was a solid first round of SEC Championship action for Arkansas women’s golfer Miriam Ayora. An eagle, birdie, and 11 pars on the day has Miriam in a tie for 36th amongst the field. She also is third in par 5-scoring average at 4.50.
🔺 Only Getting Better. When you don’t lose, folks take notice. That’s the case for Carolina Gomez Alonso of Arkansas women’s tennis, who was named the SEC Freshman of the Week for the second time this season. She went undefeated in all four of her matches last weekend, helping the Razorbacks improve to 11-10 overall on the year.
Carolina is now No. 44 in the latest ITA Rankings, boasting a 10-3 overall record this spring.
🫖 THAT’S THE TEA
I’ll follow you anywhere. When Arkansas softball head coach Courtney Deifel and assistant Yolanda McRae were coaching at Maryland, they thought it would be a while before either one left for another opportunity. Sure enough, just 10 months passed before they packed their bags for Fayetteville.
When the Hogs give you a call, you best change your plans.
Hear the story of how Deifel and Yo met, and learn What enables them to have so much success together as they spill the tea with Tera Talmadge and Taliyah Brooks.
🎧 RAZORBACK DAILY
