🎥 HOG POD: DAN ENOS

Coming back with a purpose. As a coach for over 30 years, Arkansas offensive coordinator Dan Enos has moved around quite often. When he asked his two kids where their favorite place to live was, they both answered Fayetteville. It’s just one of several reasons why he’s back with the Razorbacks after six years.

In the 200th episode of the Hog Pod, Coach Enos sits down with Hogs+ senior contributor Clay Henry to talk about his return to Fayetteville, how he's changed as a coach, and why he thinks KJ Jefferson can get even better.

200 Strong. To say thanks to all of you for supporting the Hog Pod through 200 episodes, we'll be giving away a $200 Hog Heaven gift card to a Hogs+ Member. Stay tuned for more info!

🔺 Road Hogs Triumph Again. After splitting Friday’s doubleheader, No. 5 Arkansas (25-6, 8-4 SEC) clinched its fourth consecutive regular-season series with a 6-4 win over Ole Miss on Saturday afternoon.

The Razorbacks and Rebels went back and forth throughout the first seven innings before Tavian Josenberger, Peyton Stovall, and Jace Bohrofen all came through with RBIs within the next two innings. The two-run lead was plenty for reliever Gage Wood as he struck out four batters in the final three innings. Hear what Gage told his teammates before closing the game out in this all-access look from the win.

Arkansas has now started 8-4 or better in SEC play for six consecutive seasons. It marks the best stretch of starting 8-4 or better in SEC play since LSU did it from 1991-98. Caleb Cali’s solo homer in the top of the third also extended the Hogs’ home run streak to 27 consecutive games.

🔺 Owning The Net. Arkansas soccer continued its red hot spring season Friday with a third straight exhibition win, this time defeating Oral Roberts, 2-0. Both of the Hogs’ goals came in the first of three 30-minute periods. Sophomore Sophia Aragon scored the first, followed by freshman Taylor Berman’s second goal in as many games. Arkansas has not allowed a goal in spring play and has outscored its opponents 8-0.

🔺 Record Laps. Razorback swimmers Andrea Sansores and Betsy Wizard continued their success outside the USA over the weekend. Andrea capped off a win in the 100-meter butterfly at Mexico National Swimming Championships with a new school-record time of 1:00.04, while Betsy finished second in the B-Final of the 200-meter butterfly at the British Swimming Championship with a school-record time of her own (2:13.07) in the event.

🔺 Busted Rackets. The Arkansas women’s tennis team took the doubles point and three straight singles wins to clinch the upset over No. 12 Auburn under the lights at Billingsley Tennis Center on Friday. Junior Lenka Stara’s comeback win secured the win for the Razorbacks, storming back to take a three-set 1-6, 7-5, 6-3 win. The weekend only got better on Sunday when the Razorbacks defeated No. 50 Alabama, 5-2.

🔺 Ideal Finish. No. 8 Arkansas softball ended their latest series in style thanks to a walk-off home run from Cylie Halvorson. The junior’s solo shot in the bottom of the seventh locked in a 4-3 victory for the Hogs over Georgia Saturday evening at Bogle Park.

It wasn’t pretty to start, but Chenise Delce got the game back under control in the final four innings as the Razorbacks worked back from a 0-3 deficit. Reagan Johnson’s two-run double in the fourth, and Hannah Gammil’s home run tied the game entering the last inning, wherein Cylie would circle the bases a hero.

Arkansas moves to 28-11 overall and 9-6 in conference play.
