Brotherhood for life. Their time at Arkansas may be through, but several former Diamond Hogs always find themselves back in Fayetteville to train in the offseason. The facilities they work in are only bested by the bond they all share.

Catch up with past Razorback stars including Heston Kjerstad, Dominic Fletcher, and Zach Jackson. See these Big Leaguers train at some of the best baseball facilities in the country, and learn about the everlasting friendship they all have with one another.

🎙️ MEET XAVIAN SOREY

Xavian Sorey doesn’t turn away from a challenge. When he realized he needed to play against better competition, he transferred to IMG Academy to finish his high school playing career. That led to an early enrollment at one of the best football programs in the nation at Georgia, starting in an SEC Championship game, and now a fresh opportunity with Arkansas.

This episode of “In Studio with Tera” features Tera Talmadge getting to know Georgia transfer linebacker, Xavian Sorey. We'll learn about his time playing for Kirby Smart, and how he thinks he can help the Hogs.

🔺 Beams In The Bayou. The first of back-to-back road meets for the No. 7 Arkansas gymnastics team has the Gymbacks facing No. 5 LSU. Arkansas is currently tied for first in the SEC with a 2-0-1 record, while LSU is 1-1 in the conference. This is the Gymbacks’ first road trip to Baton Rouge since 2021, and they’ll strive for their first away win over the Tigers in nearly 13 years.

First vault from down in Baton Rouge begins at 7:30pm on SEC Network Plus.

🔺 Plated Up. The Arkansas baseball team, which will be featured nine times on national TV this season, is ranked No. 4 in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association’s preseason poll. It is Arkansas’ highest ranking in the publication’s preseason top 30 since 2022, when the Razorbacks also began the campaign at No. 4 in the country. The Hogs are a consensus top-five team entering the campaign, checking in at No. 2 by Perfect Game and No. 3 by both Baseball America and D1Baseball.

🔺 Chosen to Lead. Redshirt junior defensive lineman Cam Ball will be the Arkansas representative on the SEC Football Leadership Council. The council consists of one football student-athlete from each of the SEC’s 14 universities and will review subjects such as engagement with football officials on rules of the game, student-athlete/referee interaction, and careers in officiating during its annual meeting at the SEC offices in Birmingham today and tomorrow.

🔺 Honor Hogs. Arkansas landed 61 student-athletes on the 2023 Fall SEC Academic Honor Roll as part of a total of 1,264 SEC student-athletes across the league. The 2023 Fall SEC Academic Honor Roll includes the sports of cross country, football, soccer and volleyball, and is based on grades from the 2023 Spring, Summer and Fall terms. Check out the full list of Razorbacks here.

🔺 Title Grounds. A portion of the fourth-ranked Arkansas track and field team will compete in the New Mexico Collegiate Classic today and tomorrow in the Albuquerque Convention Center, the venue that hosted the 2023 NCAA Indoor Championships last March.
