In this week’s episode of The Hog Pod, we sit down with Arkansas forward Nick Pringle for a candid conversation about his journey to Fayetteville and the mindset behind his role with the Razorbacks. From being cut as a kid, to JUCO and now playing for John Calipari. Pringle opens up about setbacks, beliefs, and the people who shaped him.

🔺 Pack The Palace. The 20th-ranked Razorback men’s basketball team will host Texas A&M tonight at 8 p.m. on ESPN2. The Aggies are Arkansas’s most common opponent, playing each other 170 times. Tonight is the second-to-last home game of the season, so be sure to pack The Palace!

🔺 Nation On Notice. Men’s basketball freshman Darius Acuff Jr. picked up national Player of the Week honors from the AP and USBWA, as well as national Freshman of the Week honors from CBS Sports. The praise piled up after he scored 49 points against Alabama last week. He finished the week averaging 34.5 points, 5.0 assists, and 4.5 rebounds.

🔺 Quick Turnaround. No. 6 Arkansas baseball fell to Arkansas State 12-4 in the first game of a double midweek series. Arkansas State scored six runs in the second inning, including a grand slam, to take the lead. Maika Niu and Zack Stewart homered for the Hogs, but it was not enough. They’ll rematch today at 3 p.m. on SEC Network+.

🔺 Two Of A Kind. Two Razorback track & field runners earned SEC honors! Rivaldo Marshall was named the SEC Runner of the Week after breaking a 25-year-old Razorback record in the 800m. He also bettered the Jamaican national record with the win. Karabo Letebele was named Freshman of the Week after winning the 60m in a meet record of 6.55 seconds.
