🏀  100 SEASONS

A few years ago, we celebrated 100 season of Razorback basketball! Hogs+ released a three-part series to celebrate. With the 1990 Final Four team being honored on Saturday, let’s rewind to those times.

In Part Three of 100 Series of Razorback Basketball, we say farewell to Barnhill and take you through the Hogs' transition to Bud Walton Arena. We then highlight the hay days of Arkansas basketball with an in-depth look at the 1994 national championship run. Featuring: Nolan Richardson, Scotty Thurman, Corey Beck, Mike Nail, Matt Zimmerman, Pat Bradley, Joe Kleine, Ron Brewer, Sidney Moncrief, & Jim Counce.

🐗 CALIPARI: RAZOR’S EDGE

📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Heading Home. The men’s basketball team fell at No. 1 Auburn last night 67-60. The Hogs just couldn’t get hot shooting as they shot 50% from the free throw line and just under 16% from three. Adou Thiero led the Razorbacks with 16 points, with Johnell Davis close behind with 14. D.J. Wagner led the team with five assists to go along with 11 points.

🔺 Sunshine & Softball. Razorback softball is escaping the cold and spending the rest of the week in Cathedral City, California! They’ll play at the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic today through Saturday. The 10th-ranked Razorbacks will play two today, starting with Rutgers at 11:30 a.m. then Cal State Fullerton at 2 p.m. All games of the tournament will stream on FloSports. The Razorbacks look to build on their best start in program history.

🔺 Fight Until The Last Routine. Gymnastics Head Coach Jordyn Wieber joined the Flipping Out Podcast with Bridget Sloan to talk about the successes of this year’s team. “Those wins have come from not giving up, fighting until the very last routine. We have pointed out to them that when you go into a meet being unafraid of the opponent and believing that you've done the work to win, whether you win the meet or not — just going in with that mindset has been really powerful for the team.” Listen to the full interview on Apple or Spotify or watch on YouTube.
