🔺 Three Up, Three Down. Razorback baseball secured the opening series win over Washington State! They worked for it in game one, going into 10 innings of baseball and beating the Cougars 3-2. The pace of the game changed in game two of Friday’s doubleheader as the Hogs ran away with it, winning 14-2. Kuhio Aloy hit a three-run home run to start his Arkansas career. They secured the series on Saturday when they won 5-2. Brent Iredale hit two home runs in the win. He’s slashing a team-best .545/.571/1.182 with seven RBIs through three games. Carson Wiggins shut down the game in the bottom of the ninth, throwing four pitches that were 100 mph.
Arkansas will conclude the series today at noon on SEC Network+.

🔺 That’s A No-No. Razorback softball won all five of their games at the Louisiana Tech Classic! Not only did they win all five against ULM, Louisiana Tech, and Southern Miss - but they won all five in run-rule fashion. Bri Ellis had a career day on Saturday, recording a career-high five RBI and two home runs against Southern Miss. She finished the weekend with four home runs, including a grand slam. Robyn Herron threw a no-hitter in Sunday’s 10-0 win over ULM, striking out a season-high 11 batters.

🔺 Rewriting Records. This weekend’s Tyson Invitational was all about the Hogs! Alum Chris Bailey set a world-leading time in the men’s 400m. Freshman Scottie Vines became the American and collegiate leader in the high jump this season. Paityn Noe broke the 3,000m record and Funminiyi Olajide broke the long jump record! Arkansas alum Amber Anning set the world-leading time in the women’s 400m. At the Valentine Invitational in Boston, Yaseen Abdalla took back his Arkansas school record in the 5K.
🔺 Courtside With Cal. Join Coach Cal and Chuck Barrett from Reed Arena in College Station after the Hogs’ 69-61 loss to the No. 8 Texas A&M Aggies.
