🔺 Victory Is Sweet. The 21st-ranked men’s basketball team beat LSU 91-62 on Coach Calipari’s birthday yesterday! Darius Acuff Jr. led the Razorbacks with 28 points, while fellow freshman Meleek Thomas added 20. Trevon Brazile recorded a double-double as he stuffed the stat sheet with 14 points, 12 rebounds, five blocks, and four steals. Arkansas will host Auburn on Saturday.

🔺 Showstoppers. Arkansas pitchers Parker Coil and Carson Wiggins were named to the preseason watch list for the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association Stopper of the Year Award. The SEC led all leagues with 17 players on the list.

🔺 Rockin’ Rook. Arkansas hurdler Abdoul Sy-Savane was named SEC Freshman of the Week for the second time this season. He won the 60m hurdles at the Wooo Pig Classic with a time of 7.68, ranking No. 9 on the UA all-time list.
