🔺 Give Us Liberty. The Razorbacks are headed to Memphis for the Liberty Bowl! They’ll rekindle an old Southwest Conference rivalry as they’ll play Texas Tech at 6 p.m. on December 27. This will be the Razorbacks’ 45th bowl appearance and first against the Red Raiders. Arkansas owns the all-time record against Texas Tech, 29-8.

🔺 We Run This. The men’s basketball team took down UTSA 75-60 on Saturday. Adou Thiero recorded his second career double-double with a career-high 26 points and 10 rebounds. Johnell Davis scored 13 points with three assists. The Razorbacks improve to 7-0 against the Roadrunners.

🔺 Sunday Funday. The women’s basketball team got a big 84-45 win over SEMO yesterday! The Razorbacks scored 26-straight points and went on a 40-1 run. Carly Keats scored a career-high 19 points in the win. Izzy Higginbottom scored 18, going a perfect 5-for-5 from the charity stripe. Vera Ojenuwa recorded her third double-double of the year with 13 points and a season-high 14 rebounds. They’ll host Texas Tech on Sunday.

🔺 Strong Start. The indoor track season began over the weekend as the Razorbacks competed at Boston University’s Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener. Yaseen Abdalla broke a 20-year-old Arkansas record in the 3,000m and a 5,000m record. He ran the third-fastest time in collegiate history with a third-place performance in the 3,000m. On the women’s side, Paityn Noe placed seventh in the 5,000m. Her 15:23.41 time ranks No. 2 on the Arkansas all-time list.
