Dancing with the Devils. The newest documentary from Hogs+ takes Razorback fans through the history of the Arkansas-Duke matchup, from their first face off in the 1990 Final Four, to the 1994 National Championship, and up to this season’s matchup that marks Bud Walton Arena’s 30th Anniversary. 🔺 The Devil(s) You Know. We’re a day away from another chapter of Arkansas vs. Duke unfolding on the basketball court. Both teams have played at least six games so far this season, and the Blue Devils are firmly in the top-10 of the latest AP poll. Here’s a quick scouting report of Duke as they head into Fayetteville:

• Center Kyle Filipowski is doing a bit of everything for the Blue Devils. The 7-0 sophomore leads the team in points (18.8), rebounds (8.0), steals (1.2), and blocks (1.7).

• As a team, Duke is shooting 35.3% from behind the three-point line. Freshman Jared McCain leads the team in three-point shooting percentage (46.2%) and three point field goals made (12) despite averaging the sixth-most minutes (22.5).

• Duke’s one loss in six games came against No. 12 Arizona on November 10. The Wildcats put up 78 points, the most the Blue Devils have allowed so far this season by 12 points.

🔺 Diving Through The Snow. Arkansas swimming and diving will be represented by diver Malea Martinez in the USA Diving Winter National Championship in Knoxville, Tennessee this week. The competition begins today with the Women’s 3m Qualifier. Malea is coming off an impressive finish in the 1-meter final at the Tennessee Invite, finishing sixth with a score of 273.60, an NCAA Zone Diving qualifying score.

🔺 Transatlantic Service. Head coach Tucker Clary announced Katarina Pavlechova has signed her National Letter of Intent and is set to join the Arkansas women’s tennis team. Katarina, who holds a career-high ITF Junior Ranking of No. 271 and has posted an 83-53 singles record in three years of ITF junior events, comes to Fayetteville from Slovakia and will join the Razorbacks next fall. 🔺 Beaux Knows. An undeniable bright spot for Arkansas football this season was Beaux Limmer. The guard-turned center played in all 12 games this season and graded out higher than any Arkansas offensive lineman according to Pro Football Focus at 73.8, which ranked fourth among centers in the SEC. Beaux will compete in the upcoming East-West Shrine Bowl, where he can meet NFL scouts and boost his stock for the upcoming NFL Draft.

🔺 Taylor Head loves to compete more than just about anything. The senior outside hitter for the NCAA Tournament-bound Razorback volleyball team comes from a family of college athletes, which brought her a love of competition from an early age. And it’s something on display every time she takes the court. She’s been a big part of the rebirth of the Arkansas volleyball program, and is quick to credit coach Jason Watson, who believed in her when others didn’t.
