🔺 Call It Musick City. Razorback women’s basketball downed Drake 79-72 at the Music City Classic opener last night. Taleyah Jones led the team with 15 points. Bonnie Deas neared a double-double with nine points and 13 rebounds. The Hogs forced 22 turnovers, the most by a Razorback opponent since the 2022-23 season. Arkansas will play Southern Illinois today at 5:45 p.m. on BallerTV.

🔺 Man Of The Year. Arkansas men’s cross country’s Timothy Chesondin was named the 2025 USTFCCCA South Central Region Athlete of the Year! Chesondin had a standout season, winning the Chile Pepper Festival, placing third at Pre-Nationals, and claiming the individual title at the South Central Region meet.

🔺 Super Syd. Arkansas women’s cross country runner Sydney Vaught was named the women’s 2025 USTFCCCA South Central Region Athlete of the Year! Vaught earned her second All-America honor by placing 13th in the NCAA Championships.
