Razorback Brew 10/2: More blessings

Today, we recap a dominant Chile Pepper Festival for the Hogs.

Good morning. Hogtober is here, and we’ve got plenty on tap. Soccer and volleyball are red-hot, both golf teams are hosting a big-time tournament, and men’s basketball is playing in front of a home crowd this week.

And The Award Goes To… Hogs+ was honored at the 47th annual Mid-America Emmy Gala this weekend, taking home the prestigious Emmy Award for the original film, Do You Believe in Fairy Tales. The film premiered in March in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the 1997-98 Arkansas women’s basketball team, documenting the story of the Razorbacks’ improbable journey to the Final Four as a 9-seed – still the lowest seed to ever reach the final weekend of the NCAA Tournament. Click here to watch the award-winning Hogs+ original film.
