🔺 Anchors Aweigh. Razorback football brought a conference win home! Arkansas beat Vanderbilt 31–21, giving Ryan Silverfield his first SEC win as Arkansas’ head coach and snapping the program’s 14-game conference losing streak. The Razorbacks remain unbeaten in five trips to Nashville and head into a bye week before hosting Missouri on Oct. 31.

🔺 Seven Seconds To Spare. Razorback soccer’s MacKenzie Gwin scored the game-winning goal with seven seconds remaining to complete Arkansas’ 2-1 comeback win against Florida. Kyndal Ewertz erased a halftime deficit with a goal in the 57th minute. Keegan Smith added five saves as the Razorbacks improved to 4-1-3 in SEC play.

🔺 Closing Speed. A strong finish sent the Razorbacks straight to the top of the Arturo Barrios Invitational standings. The 26th-ranked women’s cross country squad won the 49-team meet with 101 points, led by Isca Chelangat’s runner-up finish in 18:46.1. Paityn Noe, Braelyn Combe, and Emma Chepngetich also finished in the top 21, while Jayden Hill’s late push helped the Hogs overtake Eastern Kentucky for the team title.

QB KJ Jackson was 21-31 for 251 yards and rushed for a team-leading 58 yards and a TD.
