🔺 Fell Short. Despite a hot start, the men’s basketball team fell to No. 23 Ole Miss 73-66. The Razorbacks led early with a 27-18 lead before going cold when Ole Miss went on a 12-3 run to tie the game. Adou Thiero led the Hogs with 17 points and nine rebounds. Johnell Davis finished the game with 15 points. Boogie Fland filled the stat sheet with 14 points, six rebounds, five assists, and zero turnovers.

🔺 Remarkable Rotation. Razorback baseball had three pitchers named Preseason All-American by Perfect Game. Gabe Gaeckle, Zach Root, and Landon Beidelschies make Arkansas the only school in the nation with three Preseason All-American pitchers. Gaeckle and Beidelschies earned first-team honors, while Root was named to the second team. The Razorbacks are ranked No. 13 in Perfect Game’s Preseason Top 25.

🔺 Got That Wood-en. Razorback football has signed defensive back Caleb Wooden! He transfers to Arkansas from Auburn. He started six games at free safety in 2024, totaling 17 tackles, two pass breakups, and an interception.

🔺 Island Time. While we’re bundled up in frigid Fayetteville, the Razorback swim team is opening the second half of the season in Honolulu, Hawaii! They’ll take on Hawaii and Harvard tonight at 9 p.m. CT. The Razorbacks enter the double-dual meet at 5-3 this season.

🔺 On The Road, Again. The women’s basketball team is on the road again tonight! They’ll play at Auburn at 6 p.m. on SEC Network+. Hear head coach Mike Neighbors preview week two of SEC play!
