It’s the opening game of SEC play — and when the Tennessee Volunteers roll into town, the pressure inside Bud Walton Arena goes up a notch. A surprise visit from Hall of Fame coach Nolan Richardson ignites practice, setting the tone for a showdown steeped in history and intensity. 📈 STOCK UP

🔺 SEC Road Trip. The 15th-ranked men’s basketball team plays its first SEC road game tonight. They’ll play at Ole Miss at 8 p.m. on the SEC Network. The Razorbacks will play three of the next four games on the road.

🔺 Run It. Razorback football signed running back Sutton Smith to the 2026 roster. He transfers to Arkansas from Memphis, where he played under Coach Silverfield. Last season was his best to date, rushing for 669 yards and seven touchdowns. He added 20 receptions for 109 yards.

🔺 In The Trenches. Razorback football also signed Malachi Breland, an offensive lineman transfer from Memphis. He started all 12 games at left guard last season, logging 845 snaps. He posted a pass blocking grade of 79.6 according to PFF, allowing just one sack.

🔺 Line Up. Razorback football added linebacker Ja’Quavion Smith to the 2026 roster. He transfers to Arkansas from Howard, where he made 49 tackles with 11 tackles for loss last season. He also forced three fumbles and added a fumble recovery.
