🔺 Message Sent. Razorback men’s basketball freshman Darius Acuff Jr. was named Jersey Mike’s Naismith Men’s College Basketball Player of the Week and SEC Freshman of the Week for the fourth consecutive time. He averaged 23 points and five assists, shooting 57.1% from the field, including 46.2% from 3-point range, in wins over James Madison and then-No. 19 Tennessee. Acuff is the fifth player in SEC history to earn four consecutive SEC Freshman of the Week honors. All five of those players were coached by John Calipari.

🔺 Turn On The Jets. Razorback football has added wide receiver Jamari Hawkins to the 2026 roster. Hawkins transfers to Arkansas from Memphis, where he played under new head coach Ryan Silverfield. He caught 38 passes for 623 yards and two touchdowns last season.

🔺 Max Power. Razorback football also signed kicker Max Gilbert, a transfer from Tennessee. He went 14-of-18 on field goals last season and made all 64 PATs. His 106 points ranked fifth in the SEC and his 64 PATs led the league.
