🔺 Bilt Different. No. 20 Arkansas men’s basketball dominated No. 15 Vanderbilt 93-68 last night. Darius Acuff Jr. scored 17 points with five assists, finding teammates to throw down a dunk left and right. Karter Knox and Malique Ewin finished with 16 points apiece. Trevon Brazile recorded a double-double with 10 points and 14 rebounds, adding five assists. The Razorbacks will host LSU on Saturday.

 🔺 All-American Kid. Razorback catcher Ryder Helfrick has been named a preseason first-team All-American by D1Baseball! He finished last season slashing .305/.420/.616 with 15 home runs. Additionally, Carson Brumbaugh was named the preseason SEC Freshman of the Year by Perfect Game.

🔺 Record Performance. Gymback Lauren Williams was named SEC Co-Specialist of the Week after a record performance in Arkansas’ first home meet of the season. She tied the individual program record on vault with a score of 9.975 and debuted on floor with a score of 9.850. Williams ranks No. 1 in the national rankings with a vault average of 9.938.

🔺 Smashing Records. Two Razorbacks earned SEC Track & Field honors this week! Sanu Jallow-Lockhart was named the SEC Women’s Runner of the Week after breaking the collegiate record in the 600m with a time of 1:24.19. Abdoul Sy-Savane was named the SEC Men’s Freshman of the Week with a career-best time of 7.68 in the 60m hurdles semifinal at the Arkansas Invitational.

🔺 Dominate The Division. Three ProHogs saw action in the Divisional Round of the NFL Playoffs!

  • Kamren Curl made a diving interception on Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams in overtime to end a potential game-winning drive. Curl’s Los Angeles Rams went on to kick a field goal to win the game and advance to the NFC Championship. He finished the night with a career-high 13 tackles, one interception, and two pass breakups.

  • Hunter Henry and the New England Patriots defeated the Houston Texans to advance to the AFC Championship. Henry finished the night with one catch for five yards.

  • Dre Greenlaw made four tackles for the Denver Broncos in the win over the Buffalo Bills to advance to the AFC Championship. Greenlaw will take on Henry and Eric Gregory on Sunday.
