📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Tigers Roar. The men’s basketball team battled on the road, but ultimately fell 78-74 at LSU. The Tigers’ success at the free throw line made the difference as they went 26-of-28. Arkansas didn’t get as many opportunities, going 11-of-13 from the free stripe. Adou Thiero and Jonas Aidoo recorded double-doubles as Thiero scored 13 with 10 boards and Aidoo scored 12 with 10 rebounds. Boogie Fland led the Razorbacks with 19 points. He’s the only Razorback to score in double figures in all four SEC games.

🔺 Wild Weekend. Former Razorbacks were in action during the NFL’s Wildcard Weekend! Take a look at what they accomplished:

  • Kamren Curl, DB - LA Rams: Registered four tackles in the Rams’ 27-9 win over the Minnesota Vikings.

  • Beaux Limmer, OL - LA Rams: Helped pave the way for 292 yards of total offense in the win. He didn’t allow a single sack while playing 53 snaps at center.

  • Drew Sanders, LB - Denver Broncos: Played two snaps and registered one tackle in the Broncos’ loss to Buffalo.

Five ProHogs are still alive in the 2025 NFL Playoffs! Kam Curl and Beaux Limmer will take on the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday at 2 p.m. Jake Bates, Frank Ragnow, Dan Skipper, and the Detroit Lions will play the Washington Commanders at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

🔺 Bright Future Ahead. Razorback softball had four freshmen land on Softball America’s Freshman Watch List! Pitcher Payton Burnham, pitcher Cam Harrison, infielder Ella McDowell, and outfielder Ramsey Walker all made the watch list. Harrison and McDowell spent part of the summer leading Team USA to a first-place finish at the U-18 World Cup Group C Stage.

🔺 Tryout Time. Razorback football will hold walk-on tryouts for currently enrolled University of Arkansas students on Friday, January 24 at the Fred W. Smith Football Center! Tryouts are open to full-time students who have afternoon availability in the spring semester to accommodate the team’s practice schedule. Participants must have played football in high school or college and must bring their own football workout apparel and equipment.
