🔺 Making A Splash. Razorback swimming alum Anna Hopkin helped lead Great Britain to a seventh-place 4×100m freestyle relay finish. She was the lead-off leg for the British, producing the fastest 50m split among the opening legs in the final. She had the fifth-fastest 100m split among the first leg.

🔺 Sweet 16. Arkansas had 16 football players land on the East-West Shrine Bowl 1000 Watchlist! Landon Jackson, Taylen Green, Fernando Carmona Jr., Eric Gregory, Andrew Armstrong, Xavian Sorey, Ja’Quinden Jackson, Cam Ball, Isaac TeSlaa, Doneiko Slaughter, Josh Braun, Anton Juncaj, Hudson Clark, Stephen Dix, Kyle Ramsey, and Marquise Robinson all made the watchlist. The East-West Shrine Bowl will take place at AT&T Stadium in January.

🔺 Don’t Run On Razorbacks. Two Pro Hog catchers have been ballin’ in the MiLB! Michael Turner hit his second home run of the year with the Birmingham Barons yesterday. He also continues to show base runners why they shouldn’t run on him. Casey Opitz was on the opposing team as the man behind the plate. He also caught a runner stealing over the weekend.
