In part two of this three-part series, Clay Henry sits down with the legendary recruiter, Coach Barry Switzer, to talk about his coaching tree, larger-than-life personality, unique recruiting strategies, his relationships with fellow coaches, and his Orange Bowls versus Arkansas while at Oklahoma. 🔺 Touchdown, Arkansas. Razorback soccer opened up the 2024-25 athletics season with a win! No. 16 Arkansas took down John Brown, 7-1. A handful of Hogs scored goals in the opener — Ava Tankersley, Kiley Dulaney, Zoe Susi, Kate Doyle, Macy Schultz, and Sabrina Jones. The Razorbacks will head to East Lansing next week to take on No. 13 Michigan State!

🔺 Make An Impact. College Hoops Today’s Jon Rothstein placed Arkansas at No. 2 in his SEC Preseason Power Rankings! Arkansas was one of five SEC schools with multiple impact transfers — Johnell Davis, Jonas Aidoo, Adou Thiero, and Zvonimir Ivisic. Davis was named All-SEC Preseason First-Team as well. He named Boogie Fland, Billy Richmond, and Karter Knox as impact SEC freshmen.

🔺 Taking It In. Razorback football had their second fall camp scrimmage yesterday! Landon Jackson praised the defense’s performance and took it all in as it was his last scrimmage as a Razorback. Tight end Luke Hasz talked about his recovery and how he got to where he is now.
