When Bobby Petrino was hired as Arkansas' new Offensive Coordinator, he was told to find a quarterback. For Petrino, Taylen Green was the guy. We sat down with the dual-threat QB to talk about his full-circle decision to join Petrino's offense, what makes this team so special, and why he's so excited about the offense this year.

🔺 Death, Taxes, Playing At Globe Life. Razorback baseball will play at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas for the fourth time in five seasons! They’ll play in the College Baseball Series benefiting Shriners Children’s, February 21-23. On Friday, they’ll play Kansas State at 7 p.m. They’ll play another night game on Saturday when they take on TCU at 6 p.m. Sunday will be an early start, playing Michigan at 11 a.m. All games will stream on FloSports.
🔺 Texan Talent. Two Razorbacks earned Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award honors this week! Taylen Green and Ja’Quinden Jackson earned honorable mention after last week’s dominant win. They helped guide the Razorbacks to a touchdown on all seven drives they played. The award gives out weekly honors to the top-performing players from the state of Texas.
🔺 Hogs Are Home. The 21st-ranked Volley Hogs are back in Barnhill Arena! They’ll host the Wooo Pig Invitational, a four-day, five-team tournament today through Sunday. Hosting Rutgers, Wichita State, Louisiana Tech, and UALR, the Razorbacks will play one match a day. They’ll get things started tonight at 7 p.m. when they play Rutgers. All of the matches can be streamed on SEC Network+.
🔺 Watch & Learn. Women’s golfer Maria Jose Marin has been named to the Fall ANNIKA Award Watch List! She earned first-team All-America honors last season and was on the spring’s ANNIKA Award Watch List. She opened this season with a runner-up finish at the Carmel Cup. The sophomore ranks No. 10 in the World Amateur Gold Rankings.
