🔺 Hagen’s Haul Continues. The best pitcher in college baseball has brought home not one, not two, but three national pitcher of the year honors this postseason. Hagen Smith was named the ABCA/Rawlings National Pitcher of the Year! The win makes Arkansas the only school with multiple winners of this award that began in 2018 — Kevin Kopps won in 2021. His three awards go along with four first-team All-America accolades this year.

🔺 Big Get. The Razorback women’s basketball team has signed Danika Galea from the Malta National Team. She is a 6’3 center who won MVP at last summer’s FIBA U18 Division C as her team took gold. She becomes the fifth international player on the 2024-25 roster.

🔺 Miller’s Time. Former Razorback men’s basketball player Oliver Miller was named to the Southwest Conference Hall of Fame. He becomes the 63rd Razorback to enter the SWC Hall of Fame, and the 10th from the men’s basketball program.

His time with the Razorbacks included three-straight Southwest Conference regular season and tournament championships. Under Coach Nolan Richardson, Miller went to the 1990 Final Four and won the SEC regular season title in 1992. He remains the all-time program leader in field goal percentage (.636) and blocked shots (345). After his college career, he was drafted 22nd overall in the 1992 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns and spent eight years in the league.
