Good Morning. It’s a big weekend on the diamond as baseball hosts Mississippi State and Brew Pig Sooie. Hear Coach Van Horn preview the series.

🔺 Breakfast With The Hogs. Razorback softball is starting the day in the middle of the quarterfinal with Missouri. Yes, you read that right. Arkansas and Missouri will resume last night’s game at 9 o’clock this morning in the top of the fifth inning. Hannah Gammill hit a solo shot to tie the game at 1-1, but the Tigers battled back in the top of the fifth to take a 2-1 lead before the game was suspended due to weather. Fans can tune in on SEC Network. With a win, Arkansas will advance to the semifinal where they’ll face LSU at time that nobody knows.

🔺 Brews & Baseball. The Diamond Hogs are back at Baum-Walker for one final SEC series at home, hosting Mississippi State. Tonight’s game is set for 6:30 p.m. The first two games will stream on SEC Network+, while Sunday’s will air on SEC Network. Come early tomorrow to enjoy Brew Pig Sooie from 3-6 p.m. For $40, fans will have access to 15+ breweries, a 5 oz. tasting glass for unlimited pours, and a t-shirt! 🔺 Shining Silver. The Razorback track & field teams kicked off the SEC Championships in Gainesville, Florida yesterday. Both teams are looking to defend their SEC Outdoor titles. Patrick Kiprop led the way for the men’s team by taking silver in the 10,000m final, earning 14 points for the Razorbacks. Arkansas is in 1-2-5 place after day one of the decathlon with Jack Turner in first with 4,269 points. He set career best times in the 100m and 400m. They’ll continue the meet through Saturday.

🔺 Top Of The World. The women’s team had a successful first day at the SEC Championships as well. Rachel Glenn set a world-leading 54.02 time in the 400m hurdle prelims. Her time moves her to No. 2 on the Arkansas all-time list. Freshman Paityn Noe took silver in the 10,000m. Sanu Jallow was runner-up in the 800m to advance to the final.
