Razorback Brew 4/30: Barks & Baseball

Today, baseball hosts Bark in the Park, softball goes to UCA, and more!

Good Morning. The Hogs are back on the diamonds across the state tonight with baseball staying home in Fayetteville and softball on the road in Conway.

Here’s what’s Brewin’ today:

🎥 Go behind-the-scenes of Cam Little’s NFL Draft preparations
⚾️ Baseball hosts midweek matchups with Missouri State
🐗 And so much more!

Former Arkansas kicker, Cam Little, is a Jacksonville Jaguar! He became the youngest kicker ever drafted when he was taken in the sixth round on Saturday. He sits down with Tera Talmadge to discuss how he prepared for the NFL Draft and more.

🔺 Barks & Baseball. The second-ranked Diamond Hogs are back in action at Baum-Walker Stadium tonight, and it’ll be a fun one. It’s Bark in the Park! Turn the Hog Pen into the Dog Pen and bring your pups to watch the Razorbacks take on Missouri State at 6:30 pm. If you’re staying home, you can tune in on SEC Network+. With a win tonight and tomorrow, the Razorbacks would go undefeated in midweek matchups for the first time since 2005.

🔺 In-State Showdown. Razorback softball finish their four-game road trip in Conway as they take on UCA tonight at 7 pm. The Hogs lead the Bears 4-2 all-time, dating back to 2021. Arkansas is coming off their second top-10 road series win after taking two at No. 7 LSU. Fans can stream the game on ESPN+.

🔺 Takin’ Over Texas. The men’s tennis team learned their postseason fate and they’re heading to Fort Worth, Texas for the NCAA Tournament! This will be their 21st tournament appearance in program history. The 30th-ranked Razorbacks will play Cornell in the First Round on Friday.

🔺 Meet The Newcomer. We’re introducing you to Karter Knox, one of the newest members of Coach Calipari’s Razorback men’s basketball team! He’s one of the top recruits in the country as a McDonald’s and Jersey Mike’s Naismith All-American. He averaged 23.1 points and 5.9 rebounds per fame with Overtime Elite Real Wild Energy during the 2023-24 regular season. He finished second in scoring in the Nike EYEBL regular season. Karter was a member of the 2022 USA Basketball U17 National Team.

Hiring Coach Calipari demonstrates the University of Arkansas’ commitment to maintaining a championship caliber men’s basketball program. NIL is critical in building and maintaining competitive athletic programs and attracting and retaining top talent.

Fans and supporters can get behind Coach Calipari and all of our Razorback athletic programs to support NIL opportunities for our student-athletes in the sports of their choice by joining Arkansas Edge’s Fan Membership Club through the Drive For Five campaign or by making a one-time or monthly recurring contribution through Arkansas Edge’s 501(c)3 partner the BPS Foundation. In this state with our passionate fanbase, NIL will be a massive differentiator in our pursuit of success and championships.

We hear from Cam Little about his time at Arkansas, plus we have baseball at Baum-Walker!
