📈 STOCK UP

🔺 Among The Elite. The Gymbacks are taking over Texas this week at the 2024 NCAA Championships. This is head coach Jordyn Wieber’s first trip to nationals as a head coach! Eight teams are in attendance and fighting to reach the Final Four. Arkansas will compete in session one today at 3:30 pm with No. 2 LSU, No. 3 Cal, and Stanford. The top two teams in the session will advance to Saturday’s national championship. Both of today’s sessions will air on ESPN2.

🔺 Just Keep Sweeping. The Diamond Hogs completed the midweek sweep of Texas Tech yesterday with a 5-4 win. It was another back-and-forth battle, but these Hogs just find a way. Peyton Stovall hit a leadoff homer in the first inning to give Arkansas the lead early. The Red Raiders tied the game in the second, but Nolan Souza hit a solo shot to take the lead again. The lead didn’t last as Texas Tech fired back to take a lead of their own. Wehiwa Aloy hit a single to tie the game and Jack Wagner sac flied to take the lead for the final time. The Razorbacks won 5-3 with Cooper Dossett taking the win on the mound.

🔺 Tourney Time. The 31st-ranked men’s tennis team is in Baton Rouge for the SEC Tournament this week! They earned the 9-seed and will get things started today against 8-seed Georgia at 6 pm. The Hogs are looking for some revenge, as they fell to the Dawgs earlier this season. Arkansas has won four of their last five SEC matches and look to stay hot.

🔺 Hogs Went Down To Georgia. The women’s tennis team is also at the SEC Tournament this week, but their tournament is in Athens, Georgia. The 9-seeded Razorbacks will take on 8-seed LSU today at 2 pm. Razorback Carolina Gomez Alanso is ranked No. 29 in singles and leads the team in singles wins. Morgan Cross and Anet Koskel are ranked No. 57 in doubles.

🔺 Big Three. A band of Razorbacks put together three scores over 4,100 points after five events in the decathlon at the Mt. SAC Relays. Former Razorback Ayden Owens-Delerme leads the crew with 4,621 points. Current Hogs Jack Turner and Yariel Soto Torrado are behind him with 4,189 and 4,157 points each. They’ll continue competition throughout the day today.
